Blue Rose is a hand-embroidered brooch made with cotton velvet. The flower is embroidered with silk threads and finished with French sequins, Japanese satin-finish seed beads, Mokuba ribbon and white crystals. A blue chalcedony cabochon forms the center of the flower.

The back is finished with natural blue suede.
